Willa Marianna is a place for people who enjoy staying active and close to nature. We are located in the heart of the Sudetes, right next to the Singletrack Glacensis network and the most beautiful trails of the Golden Mountains. This is not a hotel. This is a basecamp for those who clip into their pedals in the morning or head straight into the mountains, and in the evening want to unwind in a sauna or hot tub under the open sky. After the 2024 flood, we rebuilt the Villa with adults in mind—guests who value freedom and quality. Most of our rooms feature a private bathroom and kitchenette. Key-code entry allows for easy, independent check-in. Cyclists have access to a locked and monitored bike room, a wash station, tools, and laundry facilities. In winter, you can use our ski storage and enjoy quick access to the slopes: Lądek-Zdrój (2.5 mi), Czarna Góra (5.6 mi) and Bielice (9.3 mi). In the evening, you can slow down in our riverside relaxation zone. The sauna, hot tub, and terrace create a space where the body can rest after an active day. Our heated grill shelter also invites you to enjoy outdoor meals surrounded by nature. And if you need support, your hosts will help you plan your route. They know every turn of Singletrack Glacensis, the best road cycling loops, and the nearby bike parks. We welcome guests who appreciate sport, nature, and places without artificial elegance—entrepreneurs, professionals, and active adults aged 35–65 who simply want to enjoy their time in the mountains. If you’re looking for a resort with pools and entertainment programs, this isn’t the place. But if you value ease, quality, and the atmosphere of a locally run home, you’ll feel like you’re staying with friends. Willa Marianna is open year-round.
