Drop-offs outside these hours must be made at the Ukino Terrace Reception. The security guard’s phone number is available outside the reception for apartment key handover.

8h00 - 24h00. Clients arriving out of this schedule should go to Ukino Palmeiras Village to check-in.

Breakfast: 7:30 AM-10:30 AM
Snack (morning) 10:30 AM-12:00 AM
Lunch: 12:30 PM-15:00 PM
Snack (afternoon) 15:30 PM-18:30 PM
Dinner: 19:00 PM -22:00 PM
The first meal included is lunch on the day of arrival and the last meal is breakfast on the day of departure. The contracted services end after check-out.
From January 5th to 29th, the Terrace restaurant will undergo renovation. The reopening is scheduled for January 30th. During this period, breakfast and dinner will be served at the Açoteia restaurant of Ukino Palmeiras Village.
