Surrounded by National Parks and native gardens, Wisemans Retreat is ideally located for hiking, swimming and fishing. It is 30 minutes' drive from Castle Hill. Sydney Airport is 40 mi away. Each air-conditioned room offers a bar fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, a desk, a flat screen TV, and a private private bathroom. Towels and bed linen are provided. Some accommodations has a lounge and dining area and a spa bath. Long Table Farm Restaurant Taking the best ingredients from our regenerative farm, cooked with respect so the natural flavors sing. Long Table Farm Restaurant is located along the Hawkesbury River at Wisemans Ferry, NSW. Within the grounds of Wisemans Retreat, the restaurant cooks delicious, sustainable, seasonal dishes with the best ingredients sourced from our own Barrington Coast Regenerative farm and local producers who share our ethos. An array of Mediterranean small and large plates adorn the table, all designed to be shared because great food is always better enjoyed together. This is a shared, multi-course feast that celebrates the best of the season—produce grown and reared on our farm and sourced from the small, local producers of the Hawkesbury that we know and love. Guests are seated together at our long tables to enjoy a convivial meal as one, in the relaxed rhythm of the season. Expect thoughtful, abundant dishes, designed to be passed, shared, savored and enjoyed. Lunch begins: 1:00pm sharp and is strictly bookings only.
