Before your arrival
• Between 5 and 2 days prior to your arrival, and in compliance with local regulations, you must complete the online check-in process.

• For last-minute bookings arriving within 48 hours, payment and online check-in must be completed at the time of booking to guarantee your accommodation.
Stay schedule

• Your accommodation will be available from 3:00 PM on your arrival day.

• Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

Accessing the property
• To receive the access email, you must first complete the online check-in.

• Once completed, you will receive an email on the day of your arrival with instructions on how to generate your unique access code for the building and the property.

• Access is completely independent and private, as the building does not have a physical reception desk.
