Borgo Vescine

Vescine is a 5-star hotel and relais in a vibrant 13th-century village in Radda in Chianti, in the heart of Chianti Classico, 12 mi from Siena, 26 mi from Florence. Here Tuscany is not something you visit: it is something you live. Borgo Vescine invites guests to belong, sharing daily rituals, traditions and the authentic spirit of a living 800-year-old Tuscan village. The hotel has 28 individually designed rooms within the original village buildings, two restaurants, a panoramic pool over the Chianti hills, and its own vineyards, olive groves and wine cellar dating from 1061, all set against a landscape where nature and architecture meet in perfect harmony. Guests can enjoy genuine, extraordinary experiences: riding a Vespa or vintage-car through the Tuscan hills, the traditional Cena in Piazza, the candlelit Cena in Uliveta, tastings of the estate's Chianti Classico and olive oil, cooking classes and many seasonal activities such as the grape harvest and olive picking. At Borgo Vescine, luxury is reading a book in the orangery while tasting a signature cocktail, a grand shared table set beneath the stars, a sunset special aperitivo at the panoramic pool or a romantic outdoor movie night. A stay at Borgo Vescine leaves you belonging to a place, a rhythm, a community shaped by centuries of Tuscan tradition. Come as a guest. Leave as part of Borgo Vescine.
