The chef prepares dishes in harmony with the seasons and using ingredients from local producers, paired with Moselle wines. Open every evening, it offers à la carte or set menus to suit your preferences. Closed all day Monday and Tuesday afternoon. The hotel is located in the heart of Remich, just a few minutes’ walk from the vineyards, forest trails, and the banks of the Moselle.
