Disney Area Executive Homes

Disney Area Executive Homes offer a relaxed, home-from-home base in peaceful residential neighbourhoods around Kissimmee, Davenport, Haines City or Clermont (not all are in Kissimmee). These spacious 3–6 bedroom homes sleep up to 6–12 guests and sit within about 22 miles of Walt Disney World Resort, with good access to main routes and local amenities. Each stay includes Wi-Fi, a complimentary welcome pack on arrival, and a private swimming pool for unwinding after the parks.

Homes are fully air-conditioned with a comfortable lounge area, laundry facilities, and linens/towels provided. A fully equipped kitchen supports easy self-catering, with a dedicated dining area. Pool heating can be added for a daily fee. Florida law requires online registration and a Property Protection Fee of $8/day (capped at $120) to download the accommodation voucher around 5 days before arrival.
