15 ground-floor units with 7 standard studios sleep 1-3 with shower and bathroom; 5 kitchen studios sleep 1-3 with full kithcen; 3 x 1-bedroom family units sleep 2-6 with a lounge and kitchen area. All units have TV , heat pump, microwave, toaster, bar fridge, cutlery, hairdryer, WiFi internet access, Sky TV channels, electric blankets, iron/ironing board; all units with queen-size and single-size beds. Directions: Coming down SH 4 from Hamilton, when you come to a roundabout, cross the river at the first bridge and you are there. From Bulls turn off onto SH 4 before you get into town and come up the river until you come to a roundabout where you cross the river. Coming from New Plymouth come down the main street to the 2nd traffic lights, turn to the left towards the river.
